Do I have to pair or charge the keyboard?+

No. It connects to the iPad via USB-C and draws its power from it. Plug in, type.

Does it fit iPad Air 11" with M2, M3 and M4?+

Yes, all three. For iPad (10th gen./A16) and iPad Air 13" the Prime Keyboard comes in dedicated sizes; for iPad Pro 11" and 13" on request.

Which styluses fit the pen holder?+

Any stylus shaped like an Apple Pencil: DEQSTER Pencil, Apple Pencil (1st and 2nd generation, USB-C) and Logitech Crayon.

How do I inventory the device inside the keyboard?+

Through the rear window: asset tag, barcode or name label stays visible without opening the case.

What are the two USB-C ports for?+

Data and accessories, for example the included 3.5 mm headphone adapter, or charging.

Can the iPad stay in the keyboard?+

Yes. The case stays on the iPad, the magnetic tab keeps the keyboard closed, and the keyboard switches off when shut.

Is the keyboard available in my layout?+
