What IT teams ask first
Why 100 + 40 W and not 65 + 65 W?+
Because a MacBook Pro draws far more power than an iPad. At 65 + 65 W the MacBook Pro would be held back. With 100 W on the first port it charges quickly, and the iPad still gets 40 W.
Do I need a special cable?+
For more than 100 W, yes: a USB-C cable rated 240 W. With a standard 100 W cable the MacBook Pro charges at up to 100 W.
Does it fit in a charging trolley?+
The housing measures 75 × 75 × 36 mm, 113 mm including the plug. In closed trolleys, make sure there is enough ventilation.
Does it get hot?+
GaN with soft switching keeps heat build-up low, and the no-load protection saves power when no device is connected. The device is GS-certified.
Is a cable included?+
No. USB-C cables rated 240 W are available separately.
Which plug does it have?+
A fixed plug, depending on the version: EU or UK. Please select the version when ordering.
